Registration Overview

Registration for the Leadership Forum includes continental breakfast Tuesday and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. It also includes all networking receptions and group bungalow on Tuesday afternoon. Additional tickets must be purchased for the off-site Tuesday event.

SIMA has reserved tee times on Sunday (8/6) morning and late afternoon. Those indicating interest during registration, will receive a link in their email confirmation to see the tee times and others who are golfing.

Fees: $250 Golf Fee/$75 Club Rental/$45 Shoe Rental

Attendees will pay on their own upon arrival. To avoid being charged, all cancellations need to be communicated directly to the Ponte Vedra Club House by July 30. Failure to do this will result in charges and will be each individual’s responsibility. Tee times not reserved by July 30 will be released. Attendees are also welcome to make their own reservations by calling the club directly at: 904.285.5200. Note the course is closed on Monday 8/7 due to course maintenance.
