Wednesday, June 24, 2015 

1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Pre-Conference Workshop

Convention Center Parking lot

This is a ticketed event that will deliver hands-on training for contractors. Hear from industry leaders on issues such as proactive and reactive solutions for hydraulic and electrical issues, how to properly do a site walk through, proper tie-down techniques, how to accurately make brine and how to calibrate your equipment. Attendees will rotate stations throughout the entirety of the event.

1:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Pre-Conference Sales Training with Kirk Armstrong
Nirvana A

Learn how to use key performance indicators to grow sales for your organization. Kirk will discuss how you can create blueprints for successful sales activities and explain how to implement proper leading and lagging sales indicators. He will also explain how you can stop delays and stalls from your prospects and even how you can sell at higher prices. Kirk will be joined by Neal Glatt during the final two hours of training. Together they will demonstrate how to apply the sales techniques discussed earlier in the presentation.

8:00 - 10:00 p.m. Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception is always a great way to kick off the Symposium and is the perfect time to network and reconnect with industry friends. Light hors d'ouvres will be served for attendees.

TopGolf 

The 2015 Closing Event will take it to the green at TopGolf. Anyone can play Topgolf, from aspiring pros to those who have never walked 18 holes. All you have to do is swing a club and try to hit your microchipped balls into dartboard-like targets. It’s competitive. It’s fun. And it’s always better with a big group!

Guests will take a shuttle, provided by SIMA, to and from the facility. Beverages and dinner will be provided at the event.
