  • Move in is permitted September 12. If you plan to move in that day please email Heather@sima.org.
8 - 9 AM  Registration/Vendor Visits
10 - 10:30 AM Coffee with Vendors
11:45AM - 12:30 PM Lunch/Vendor Visits
12:30 PM Move out unless participating in outdoor session
