Best Places to Work in Snow & Ice

Company culture is a powerful morale booster for employees and for workforce recruiting and retention. Mirrored after popular “Best Places to Work” awards in other industries, companies will be judged on how successful they are in offering programs that promote employee engagement, professional development, effective management, team dynamics and trust in leadership.

All-Stars of Snow & Ice

Enabling your employees to be recognized nationally will be a major differentiator for your organization. All-stars of Snow & Ice awards are back, as follows:

 Office Professional of the Year

Snow Operations Employee of the Year

Snow Operations Manager of the Year

Snow Executive of the Year

This award, formerly named the CEO of the Year, has undergone a revamp. In its 11th year, the Snow Executive of the Year honors a top chief executive of a company that self-performs snow and ice management services. This award can be applied for directly or a candidate may be nominated. There is no fee to nominate or apply for this award.
