Hotel Policies: A credit card is required to guarantee the first night’s room and tax and will be charged upon arrival. Cancellations must made by 6pm 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges. If the reservation is cancelled after the deadline or a guest with a confirmed reservation does not arrive by 11 p.m. (without notification to the hotel) on the date reserved, the reservation will be cancelled and the first night’s deposit will be retained as a “no-show” fee. If a guest checks out before his/her scheduled departure date, there will be an early departure fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax charged according to the chart above. If the guests advises hotel of a change in departure date at or before check in, no fee will be incurred.
Parking: The parking lots surrounding the hotel are independently owned and leased by a private parking company. Their cost is $30 per night for overnight parking with unlimited in and out privileges. For your convenience, if you chose to utilize Valet parking provided by their friendly and efficient attendants, we will add their cost to your room bill. Call hotel with any questions.

Attendees staying at the Iron Horse can walk (.4 miles) or drive to Harley Davidson on September 20th. Transportation will not be provided. If you need special accommodations, please email Nikki@sima.org.
Parking: Free parking for approximately 500 cars or 1,000 motorcycles is available on the streets of the Museum grounds and in the Parking Gardens located across the street from the Museum. Entry to the Parking Gardens is from Canal Street. Overnight parking or camping are not permitted on site.
