Steve is President of WolfWorks Consulting. Over his 18 years in the market research field, he has led nearly 200 studies and consulting assignments, including scores of industry analyses in fields as diverse as elder care, sports tickets, peer lending and vehicle warranty among many others. His experience with non-profits and industry associations, in addition to SIMA, includes Leading Age, AAA, COTAP.org and Jemicy School.
Before founding WolfWorks, Steve led engagements at two leading research and strategy firms, HawkPartners and MarketBridge. His prior experience includes roles in strategic planning at Toyota, brand identity development at Interbrand, and consumer marketing and sales at Wenner Media (publisher of Rolling Stone and Us Weekly). Steve earned a B.A. in Economics and Communication with honors from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School) as a Jenrette Fellow. He lives just outside of Washington, DC.
