Snow & Ice Management Standard Glossary of Terms

The snow & ice industry is  hindered by miscommunication and the threat of slip and fall litigation. Insurance providers, facilities management professionals, and snow contractors must come together to create Common Ground - shared risk, clarity in service expectations and quality communication.

The glossary defines key terms used in the procuring, selling, planning, implementing, and legal defense of professional snow & ice management services in North America.
