Whether your snow & ice management organization is new or established, SIMA and Tony Bass can help you get your business headed in the right direction with a solid sales, marketing and business plan.
Sales, Marketing & Business Growth, with Tony Bass, Tony Bass Consulting and VanderKooi & Associates
Discover the overlooked, low-cost, proven methods for adding clients, increasing sales, and gaining repeat buyers. Tony shares Super Successful marketing and sales strategies that turn new start-up, struggling, or plateaued businesses into multi-million dollar companies. No theory; here’s how you get it done! After introducing these marketing and sales strategies, Tony will walk attendees through the development of a 12-month complete marketing action plan that includes all important components such as budgeting, tasks, delegation and deadlines. Additionally, one of the most important components of a marketing plan is tracking results. Tony will explain some strategies for collecting results in a way that will make the evaluation process more reliable. Tony encourages you to bring your marketing expense report with you, and be ready to discuss the results that those marketing efforts have provided for your organization. Consider bringing your managers to this workshop in order to work together on a marketing plan that you can bring back to your organization for immediate implementation.
